For starters, like many other first time dog buyers, I had a lot of questions about the puppies, the parents, the purchasing process and overall what to expect along our puppy journey. Michael was AMAZING. I can’t emphasize this enough. He was extremely responsive in any emails and/or questions we had for him. Sent us photos of our puppy after we decided on who we were getting. Was flexible on meeting times since we weren’t local and was a huge help with what to expect along the journey. We were able to meet the parents of our puppy and got extra dog food to help wean him to the diet we have him on today. If I ever decide to get our puppy a Bernadoodle brother/sister, I wouldn’t hesitate in the slightest to go back to him again.
