Meet Kaya

     Kaya is a purebred British Labrador and a true hunting dog to the core! At a mere 50 pounds full grown, she is extremely friendly and smart with a strong drive to please her master. I have never had an easier dog to train and at times already, it seemed she knows every word i’d be saying. I have taught her all the basic obedience plus how to find antlers in the wild and to track down wounded deer for hunters! All by the time she was 1 year old. She has already found 7 deer her first season in the field. If you are looking for a true hunting dog and awesome family pet, look no further than the British labs! They max out around 45 to 60 lb. versus the regular labs will be 70 to 85 lb. They tend to be very sensitive which requires training to be done very carefully but when done properly it makes for very quick and easy training with their coupled desire to please their master.
